Order processing guidance

Dear customer, the following steps will help you present the required details for your customised item. 

Step 1

Browse the product catalogue and select the item required such as t-shirt, polo or hoody. A item specification page will be displayed containing a number of details which we require to order your blank item. This information is required for us to produce a complete quotation . This is an email compiled form which just requires you click Submit at bottom of the form.

Please note the price per item is for guidance only. The actual cost will be shown on the final quote with Setup and manufacturing charges.

Step 2

Another major detail is the design/artwork to send us the link. This will require  processing to a format readable by our embroidering machines. This is referred to as Digitising or Setup. To add a design you will first need to login or create a free account, this is so that we can store your artwork. Don’t forget to tell us where your customisation position(s) for your artwork to be placed. There is a list of positions you can place your artwork. We can discuss the possibility of many  positions before we commence your order.

Step 3

Once we are in receipt of the Request a Quote email we can create you a cost and proofing quotation.

Step 4

We will not start your order until we have formal acceptance from yourself.
